Our mission

The Mathematicians & Natural Sciences Association is a research-active
citizens’ association based in Kavadarci, North Macedonia. We work on the
frontiers of pure and applied mathematics — and we help other math and
science organizations build solid foundations, from governance to tooling
to public communication.

We believe good mathematics deserves good infrastructure. That is why
we run our own research programs and support other organizations doing
the same.

For Organizations

We help math and science organizations get off the ground — and run well
once they are. Our work sits at the intersection of mathematics, operations,
and communication.

What we offer

Governance & legal setup — statute, board structure, registration, compliance.

Operations & tooling — repositories, CI, documentation, hosting, identity.

Communications & web — bilingual websites, publishing workflows, brand.

Fundraising & grants — proposal drafting, reporting, and funder relations.

Organizations we’ve helped

gramath.org

North Macedonia’s mathematics outreach network. We helped with governance
structure, the public website, and the operating model that lets a small
volunteer team run a national program.

We work across pure and applied mathematics, with an emphasis on
computable, explorable, and honest mathematics. Our interests cluster
around a few connected areas.

Topology

Persistent homology, applied topology, and the computational side of
algebraic topology. We are particularly interested in what topological
invariants can tell us about high-dimensional data.

Neural Networks & AI

Expressivity, generalization, and the mathematics of why neural networks
work. We study the interplay between architecture, data geometry, and
learnability — with a bias toward results that are testable.
